Is anything on the site out of date?
Two things. Your Fees page still shows last year’s prices, and a physio who left in March is still on the team page.

The problem

Right now, everyone waits on someone else

Your website is with an agency nobody has met, or a freelancer who has gone quiet. Small changes take a fortnight, and nobody in the office will touch the WordPress login. Wrev replaces all of it: your team asks the site instead, and the same developers make the changes, every time.

How did the site do this week?

1,340 visitors, up 18% on last week. Most of it came from Google search.Wk 1Wk 2Wk 3Wk 4

Why the jump?

Your guide to working out load ratings started ranking for “castor load rating”. It brought 210 of those visitors and half of them went on to a product page.

Turn that into a one-page update for my director

Done. The three numbers that moved, the chart, and a short note on what caused it.Website update, October.pdf1 page, ready to send

That guide never links to the braked range. Add a link at the end.

Raised with the Wrev team. A developer will add it and reply in the thread when it is live.

What actually sold last month?

296 orders, £38,600, up 11% on September.Braked 125mm138Swivel 100mm92Stainless 80mm57Nylon 75mm9

How many of the 125mm braked have we got left?

340 on the shelf. At the last four weeks’ rate that is about a fortnight, and the next production run is booked for the 19th.

Has anything come through the trade form this week?

Four distributor enquiries, the last one on Tuesday. Three read the load rating guide first, and two came back to the price list a second time.

And build me a production forecast for the next six weeks

Based on three months of sales against what is on the shelf now, with the two urgent lines at the top.Production forecast, six weeks.csv11 lines

The 125mm braked is rated to 200kg after the retest, not 180. Where does the site still say 180?

Four places: the product page, the comparison table, the datasheet PDF and the FAQ. The datasheet is a file, so it needs regenerating rather than editing.

Change all four

Raised with the Wrev team as one request, with all four listed. They will take a backup before they replace the datasheet.

The factory shuts from the 24th, last dispatch on the 19th. Get that on the site.

Raised: a notice on every page, the delivery page, and the dispatch times on the shop. Set to come down on the 2nd so nobody has to remember.

A customer is asking about the warranty. What does the site actually say?

Five years on the housing, twelve months on the wheel, and wear is not covered. That is on the product pages and in the FAQ, and the two say the same thing.

How it works

Three steps

Step 1

We move your site in. Free.

We move your existing WordPress site onto our hosting. No downtime, and updates, backups and security are running from the first day. You do not have to do anything.

Step 2

Connect your AI assistant

The Wrev app walks you through connecting ChatGPT, Claude or Grok. You set it up once, it takes a couple of minutes, and you can disconnect it whenever you want.

Step 3

Chat with your site.

Ask your AI assistant about the site and it answers from the actual site. If something needs changing, say so and our developers do it. You follow every request in the Wrev app.

Included in every plan

  • Free migration of your existing site
  • Managed WordPress hosting
  • WordPress and plugin updates
  • Security scanning and backups
  • Uptime monitoring
  • Developers on hand to change your site
  • Your site connected to your AI assistant
  • Send us requests from your AI assistant
  • Traffic and sales in plain English
  • The Wrev app, on the web and iPhone
  • Unlimited users
  • A weekly report

No contracts, and you can cancel anytime.

We work with everything your site runs on.

Your pages, your plugins, your shop and your numbers. We look after all of it, and your AI assistant can read it.

How we protect it

Prioritising site security

Two things have to be safe: the site itself, and the connection to your AI assistant. The hosting is firewalled, patched, scanned, backed up and monitored around the clock. The AI link is read-only, so it can look and nothing more, and every change is still made by one of our developers.

Patched and hardened

A firewall, malware scanning and SSL on every site. WordPress, plugins and PHP are kept current, with a backup taken before every update.

Backed up and recoverable

Weekly on Core, daily on Pro and Unlimited, stored away from the server. If anything ever breaks, we roll it back.

Monitored around the clock

Uptime and speed are checked constantly, so we usually know something is wrong before you do.

Read-only, enforced

The AI connection has no write access at all. Not a setting you switch on, a hard limit: there is nothing it could edit, delete or publish even if asked.

No passwords shared

Your AI assistant never gets a WordPress login. You connect your own AI account, your wp-admin stays exactly as it was, and you can disconnect in one click.

Every request logged

The Wrev app lists what your AI assistant read and when. Nothing happens that you cannot see.

The Wrev app

Your site, your requests and your AI, in one place.

Every plan includes the Wrev app, on the web and on iPhone, with unlimited users. It is where your site gets looked after.

  • Raise a request and follow it to done. Say it to your AI assistant or type it in the app. It lands in your queue with a fixed price to approve, and you watch it move from queue to in progress to complete.
  • Talk to your developer. Every request has its own chat with the person doing the work. Attach files, ask questions, sign it off.
  • See your traffic and sales. What visitors looked at, what they bought and where they came from, in plain English, with a report emailed every week.
  • Connect your AI assistant in a couple of minutes. ChatGPT, Claude or Grok, from your own account. The app lists what it read and when, and you can disconnect it in one click.
  • Bring the whole team. Unlimited users on every plan, each with their own AI assistant connected.
